1. How does 2zavibe work?
All of our products are made to order. When you place an order, it's sent to our production partners who print, package, and ship it directly to you. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created just for you.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process and produce. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed, so cancellations or changes are only possible within the first few hours. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@2zavibe.com.
4. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product. Please double-check your size, design, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
6. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, feel free to reach out.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
9. Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use secure payment processing and only collect the information needed to fulfill your order. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
