Return & Refund Policy
At 2zavibe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work with trusted partners like Printify (for clothing) and CJdropshipping (for all other products) to deliver quality items. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Clothing (Printify Orders)
Since our clothing items are print-on-demand through Printify:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size/item sent.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind).
- Please double-check our size chart before placing an order.
If you receive a misprinted or damaged clothing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Other Products (CJdropshipping Orders)
For all non-clothing items sourced via CJdropshipping:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To process a return, please provide photos/videos of the issue.
- If approved, we will offer either a refund or replacement.
- Returns for reasons such as “no longer needed” or “changed my mind” are not accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as processing begins quickly.
- Once production/shipping has started, cancellation is not possible.
How to Start a Return

- Our support team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.
- Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
