Order Processing Time

  • Printify Products (Clothing): Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • CJdropshipping Products (All Other Items): Processing usually takes 2–4 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination:

  • Clothing (Printify):

          -USA: 5–10 business days after production

          -International: 7–20 business days after production

  • Other Products (CJdropshipping):

 

           -USA: 7–15 business days

           -International: 10–25 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or high demand seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by product and destination.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for active offers.

Split Shipments

Because we source products from different partners (Printify and CJdropshipping), your order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—this is normal, and you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bronandnay@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.
  • Lost or undelivered packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with our shipping partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country.
