General Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Clothing (print on demand)

Because our clothing is made to order:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days, and only if the product is defective, misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size or item was sent.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (for example, wrong size ordered or a change of mind).
• Please check our size chart before placing an order.

If you receive a misprinted or damaged clothing item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Other products

For all non-clothing items:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To process a return, please provide photos or video of the issue.
• If approved, we will offer either a refund or a replacement.
• Returns for reasons such as “no longer needed” or “changed my mind” are not accepted.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as processing begins quickly.
• Once production or shipping has started, cancellation is not possible.
